| Mr Grierson joined Nifsan in mid-2007 as General Manager of Developments He has more than 20 years national and international experience in commercial, residential and hotel development as consultant and/or developer. He has held senior positions with major Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Construction companies in South Africa including the development of a number of his own residential developments. He accepted an international contract in Mauritius in 1997 where he was appointed Director of a major Quantity Surveying and Development Management company. Moving to Australia in 2000 Mr Grierson has held senior positions with Watpac and Raptis Group. Mr Grierson has a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying and a MBA degree majoring in Investment and Finance Management. The Gold Coast has been his home since arriving in Australia with his wife and 4 children who all became proud Australian citizens in 2002. |
Sean Wardrop has over 10 years experience in financial roles both in Australia and the United Kingdom.
Sean Wardrop – Chief Financial Officer
Sean’s extensive experience includes senior roles in Australia with Futuris Corporation and Stockland. Roles in the United Kingdom included senior positions with State Street and Scottish Windows.
Sean’s background includes work in financial services, listed and unlisted property trusts, residential development and retirement village development and management.
Sean has a Master Degree from the University of Aberdeen and is a Charted Accountant.
David White – General Manager
| Mr White has a broad range of experience in tourism and the property development industry. He has extensive knowledge and expertise in hotels, golf, integrated resort operations and residential property development. With over 20 years experience Mr White has overseen significant accomplishments in Senior Management roles with Voyage Hotels and Resorts, Sanctuary Cove Resort, The Glades Golf and Residential development and Sheraton Mirage Resorts. Mr White joined the Nifsan team in November 2003 with a key focus on the overall marketing and sales of all Nifsan projects. He also was responsible for the successful development of The Villa – a prestigious Golf, Wedding and Function venue and the continuing success of Emerald Lakes Golf Club, Home to the QLD PGA 2003 – 2007. Amongst other life and work credentials, Mr White has a Bachelor of Education and Masters in Management from the University of Wollongong. An active lifestyle with a strong commitment to family and work ensure a goal orientated approach to Mr White’s life. |
Frank Galvin – Development Manager
Mr Galvin has more than 7 years experience in property development in both Queensland and New South Wales.
Mr Galvin’s experience includes roles with Metricon and the Gold Coast City Council. His specialised experience includes site acquisitions, planning, design, construction, sales and marketing.
Having a strong background in residential property development allows him to provide innovation solutions to meet market demand.
Mr Galvin has a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Queensland University of Technology and a Master of Business Administration from Griffith University specialising in Entrepreneurship and Venture Development.
Chris Bagley – General Manager Emerald Lakes Golf Club
Mr. Bagley has been with the company since 2006 and is currently General Manager of Windsor Development Holding Pty Ltd, which encompasses 2 sites Emerald Lakes Golf Club and The Villa.
Chris has over 20 Years experience in the Hospitality & Tourism Industry & his grass roots training stems from Large Hotels & Resorts. Has a Batchelor of Business in Tourism, and completed of Extensive Mgmt Traineeship with Ansett Hotels & Resorts on Hayman Island.
Chris has spent the majority of his time working through the ranks in Management positions in sites such as Hayman Island Resort, Ridges International and Kingfisher Bay Resort & Village.
More recently he has broadened his experience into the Club Industry, with his key focus being in the Gaming areas and facilitating the pre-opening of Clubs such as Surfers Paradise Surf Club,
4 Years prior to Mr. Bagley’s engagement with Nifsan, he was involved in partnership with Hubub Pty Ltd, acquiring, refurbishing and operating a local land mark site the Town & Country before finalizing his interested and joining the Management Team in the Company
Mr. Bagley resides in Tallai on acreage with his partner Nikki and his son Cooper
Robyn Boe – Director Emerald Lakes Management Pty Ltd
Mrs Boe has more then 25 years of business experience in New Zealand establishing successful private businesses in hospitality (building and operating 4 motor inn complexes), scenic tour operations, construction and structural engineering, diesel mechanics and industrial hoses, marine barge operations and consultancy and marketing.
As keen golfers, Mrs Boe and her husband purchased a property in The Vistas in 2004 with the view to spending the winter months on the Gold Coast. However, they enjoyed the Emerald Lakes lifestyle so much they decided to retire to the Gold Coast permanently in 2005.
Mrs Boe’s passion for Emerald Lakes project saw her new home out of retirement to join the Nifsan and Emerald Lakes Management Team in 2006.
Mrs Boe has a Bachelor of Science, Diploma of Educational Studies, and Diploma of Teaching from Waikato University and a Real Estate Licence from REIQ.

Maree Stolz – Human Resources Manager
Maree Stolz was appointed the company’s Human Resources Manager full time for Nifsan Pty Ltd in mid 2007.
Maree is (for want of a better word) a foundation employee who has progressed through the ranks through hard work and dedication since starting with the company in October 1990.
Maree currently resides in Porto Bellago, Emerald Lakes with her youngest son.
